The scenario simulation session was upgraded to a high-intensity “Coordinated Offense and Defense Battle.” This not only tests individual intelligence but also the ultimate test of teamwork and ability to withstand pressure!

From challenging customer claim negotiations to urgent decision-making amidst sudden market fluctuations, each question directly addresses real-world business pain points. Team representatives drew lots to receive a “battle briefing.” Within 15 minutes, teams were required to quickly divide responsibilities, align strategies, and anticipate challenges. Effective communication and team chemistry were crucial to success. Contestants transformed into “negotiation teams” and “strategy teams,” each fulfilling their respective roles while working closely together.

This competition was not only a grand review of employees’ professional knowledge and business capabilities, but also a vivid implementation and profound interpretation of the Group’s annual strategy of “Focusing on Key Issues, Breaking New Paths with Wisdom.” Competition has an end, but learning is endless, and innovation knows no boundaries.
