Manufacturing Process and Available Grades

We make our nickel base alloy round bars using processes. These include vacuum induction melting and electroslag remelting. These processes make sure the material is very pure has a grain structure and performs consistently. We offer grades of nickel base alloy round bars. These include Inconel 600 Inconel 625 Monel 400 Hastelloy C276 and Alloy 59. Each grade of nickel base alloy round bar is designed for conditions. For example Inconel 625 resists corrosion in chloride-containing media. Can withstand temperatures up to 1093°C. Alloy 59 has corrosion resistance and is ideal for acidic and chloride-rich environments.

Mechanical Properties and Dimensions

Our nickel base alloy round bars have tensile strength, yield strength and ductility even at high temperatures. The tensile strength of nickel base alloy round bars ranges from 758 MPa to 827 MPa depending on the diameter. The maximum hardness is 287 HB, which ensures durability and resistance to deformation under loads and thermal cycling. These nickel base alloy round bars come in dimensions. The rolled diameters range from 12.50 mm to 101.60 mm. The forged diameters go up to 203.20 mm. We can customize nickel base alloy round bars to meet lengths and tolerances following the ISO 286 standards.

Application

Nickel base alloy round bars are used in industries, including aerospace, chemical and petrochemical industries, engineering, environmental protection and nuclear engineering. In aerospace nickel base alloy round bars are used to make turbine and engine components and structural parts because of their high-temperature strength and fatigue resistance. In chemical and petrochemical industries, nickel base alloy round bars are used for reactors, heat exchangers pump shafts and valve stems because they can withstand chemicals, acids and high-pressure environments.
