PPGL steel coil starts with galvalume substrate. After chemical degreasing and surface conversion treatment, it receives one or more layers of organic coating, followed by baking and curing. The organic film not only adds protection to the existing alu-zinc layer but also seals the surface against corrosion. As a result, PPGL offers approximately 50% longer service life than standard galvalume steel coil.
