Our multi storey steel building is really something because it does so much better than traditional concrete buildings.

④The space inside is very flexible and we can expand it: because the design allows for open spaces there are not many columns inside which means we have a lot of room to use. If we need to we can also. Renovate the building later.

⑤Our steel building is good for the environment: we do not make a lot of waste when we build it and the steel we use can be recycled, which's what the green building standards say we should do.

⑥The building will last a time: we treat the steel to prevent rust and corrosion so the building will last more, than fifty years and we will not have to spend a lot of money to maintain it.
