Aluminum-zinc alloy sheet is a key alloy product and also the application is covered in people’s daily life. It is made of aluminum-zinc alloy, and the surface is silvery-white metallic luster. The exact formulation is 55% aluminium, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon. It has been solidified at 600℃.
It can be directly painted on that excellent adhesion without any pretreatment or anti-rust coating, the construction procedure is simplified a lot.
The performance of aluminum zinc alloy sheet is good, that performance are mainly in two aspect: One is corrosion resistance of it is excellent, it is about three times of the routine galvanized steel sheet; The other is can produce a good zinc texture on surface, the decoration effect is good, So it is usually used as building outer wall plate.

Alloy: The Az50 Galvalume steel strip contains a ratio of 55% aluminium with 43.5% zinc and 1.5% silicon. Alloy content;
Processing performance: This Galvalume Metal material is good in cold bending forming, welding and coating adhesion, and can satisfy different deep process requirements.
Dual Corrosion Resistance: The very different elemental composition of aluminium and zinc, along with cathodic protection by zinc, make a dense barrier layer of aluminium and zinc capable of withstanding most atmospheric environments. The Az50 Galvalume coating provides excellent corrosion resistance performance.
