The 2021 Zhanzhi Group semi-annual business meeting was held in the western suburbs of Hongqiao, Shanghai from August 6th to 8th. A total of 23 people including group executives and general managers of subsidiaries attended the meeting. The agenda of the meeting included reports and discussions on business data of subsidiaries, management and model discussions on resource procurement, the launch of Feichang platform management topics and standardization work, introduction of organizational structure, and discussions on four major module plans. The atmosphere of the meeting was good and the content was detailed, which provided everyone with an opportunity to learn from each other and gained certain inspiration and gains.

The three-day agenda of the meeting was compact and the theme was clear, affirming the progress and highlights presented by the quarter-on-quarter data reported in this report. Although the growth of the proportion of terminals in the first half of this year did not meet expectations, the total number of terminals still increased to a certain extent. We can evaluate our own pros and cons and progress more objectively and meticulously by digging in data, and believe that digging in data will also guide business development. The guidance and the gradual establishment of innovative measures over the years, including the emphasis on functional departments, professional variety management, industry segmentation, and internal mutual learning and reference to create value will gradually be reflected in the future. What gives me comfort and confidence is that our thinking, direction and tactics are gradually approaching. The evaluation of us from the outside is very high, but we are actually not as good as the outside evaluation, and we need to continue to work hard. We must gradually get closer to what others think of us and have confidence in future development.
Chairman Chen of the Group:
The three-day meeting was full of information, which also strengthened the group’s confidence in future development. First of all, we fully affirm everyone’s efforts and achievements. Under the leadership of Mr. Sun, the group overcame difficulties and achieved record sales and profits. It proves once again that the technical quality of the group’s employees can stand the test. They also fully affirmed and encouraged the progress made in the standardization of group management, the reproducibility of Fujian’s marketing model, the professionalization of leadership training for human resources and administration, the digitization of financial analysis, and the modernization of Feichang’s business. At the same time, hope and confidence in the start of the standard work that the group is currently pushing. The initiation of standardization work, if it can be scientifically introduced and implemented accurately, will help us to move higher and stronger, and will have an inestimable effect on the expansion of our business scale and the improvement of our management level.
2021 is the first year of the “14th Five-Year Plan” and a historic year for the development of the group. With the expansion of business scale, the group needs to take precautions and take advantage of the trend. I hope that everyone will pay attention to the national policy, both the willingness to develop and the awareness of crisis, and conform to the direction of national development. Under the guidance of the country’s favorable policies, intensive cultivation and down-to-earth development of enterprises must be carried out.
In the future, we need to show our talents, and we will strengthen our pragmatic development concept, and at the same time improve our ability to respond to crises, make outstanding contributions to the realization of the company’s grand goals, and continue to write a new chapter in the development of Zhanzhi.
During the meeting, all the participants visited the beautiful scenery of Shanghai Pujiang. Everyone was blowing a cool breeze on the Huangpu River Yacht, chatting about work, and feeling relaxed.
This meeting was a big exchange of group experience and a big discussion on the establishment of standards. Through the meeting, everyone’s convictions were firmer, the direction was clearer, and the enthusiasm increased.
