Steel star picket fence post are also known as steel Y post, steel star post, metal picket, steel post, steel picket, steel fence post, etc. In cross section, the steel post form a three-pointed star with a diameter of about 10 cm. One end is pointed so that the steel post can be hammered into the ground more easily, and the other end is flat to accommodate the hammer. Pre-drilled holes are drilled along the length of the posts to attach wires to stakes for securing to temporary fences, barrier nets, etc.
