This item is a Color Coated Galvalume Steel Sheet for Roof. It is produced with hot-dip aluminum-zinc steel plate as the base material. After surface chemical pretreatment, double-sided coating of high performance organic paint and baking curing, then be professional cold bending processing with press rollers, it is formed to one high-end building roofing material. The main range of PROCOS product is focused on PPGL Steel Roofing Sheet, with its light weight strength, customerized colors, easy installation, earthquake and fire resistant, water-proof and long term maintaining. It can be used for roof system and interior and exterior wall cladding of industrial plants, civil construction, storage, large-span steel structures and wide variety of climate regions of the world. The color-coated aluminum-zinc steel roof panel is a kind of high quality building metal sheet which is formed by ZZ Group according to years of experience in steel supply chain services. This product adopts the molten coating continuous process, forming a high performance coat containing 55% aluminum, 43.4% zinc and 1.6% silicon on the surface of cold rolled steel substrate. Then, on a precision coating line, it is subjected to chemical conversion film, primer coating and topcoat curing. The end product can be cold bended and roll formed into different profiled panel types to satisfy diversified architectural style and structural requirements. This product has got successful application in market of Peru and other South American countries. Based on global project experience, it is now optimized for use in the tropical, temperate, cold, and coastal salt spray environments.
(1) Superior corrosion resistance
The presence of 55% aluminum in the aluminized zinc layer makes the product have much better corrosion resistance than that of traditional galvanized steel sheet. Under the same environment, its life can be 2~6 times that of normal galvanized steel sheet. The product can be used continuously in the atmosphere of industrial, coastal fog of salt and acid rain for over 10 years, and is especially fit for application in moist and high-salt environment in southeast Asia, middle east and Africa.

A1: The difference is the base plate coating. PPGI corrugated sheet is made of hot dip galvanized steel as base plate with the coating material as pure zinc; while PPGL steel roofing sheet is made of alu-zinc coated steel with the coating material of 55% alu - 43.4% Zn - 1.6% Si. The latter has better corrosion resistance, heat resistance and longer life.
