The China Prepainted Aluzinc Steel Coil from ZZ Group combines long service life, a clean finish and dependable anti-corrosion performance in one prepainted steel coil. Built on galvalume steel with a baked organic coating, it outlasts plain galvalume stock by about 1.5 times and can be processed straight from the coil. It fits advertising, construction, household appliances, electrical appliances, furniture and transportation, while every spec — thickness, width, color, film — bends to your order.
The Ppgl Coil starts with galvalume steel. Its surface first goes through pretreatment — chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment — then one or several layers of organic coating are coated on the surface, and it is baked and cured. It is a two-part defense: the alu-zinc layer carries the base protection, while the organic coating on top covers and shields the steel strip against rusting. That combination is exactly why this Prepainted Galvalume Steel Coil keeps working around 1.5 times longer than a plain galvalume steel coil — the kind of difference a buyer feels over a full production cycle, not just on day one.
The build is layered on purpose. A topcoat supplies color, pleasing appearance and a barrier film that supports long-term durability. A primer coat keeps paint from undercutting and adds corrosion resistance. A pretreatment layer locks in adhesion and improves corrosion resistance. The base steel sheet carries the whole system underneath. Coating resins are matched to the use environment rather than forced, so the customer picks according to purpose instead of accepting one generic finish. Light weight, good anti-corrosion behavior and no extra surface work mean the color coated steel coil can be processed directly, which saves fabricators a step.

Layer by layer, the structure breaks down like this:
