PPGI steel coil is a product made of hot-dip galvanized steel, after surface pretreatment (chemical degreasing and chemical conversion treatment), one or several layers of organic coating are coated on the surface, and then baked and cured. In addition to the protection of zinc layer, the organic coating on the zinc layer plays a role in covering and protecting the color coated steel coil, preventing the steel coil from rusting, and its service life is about 1.5 times longer than that of galvanized steel coil.

PPGI steel coil has light weight, beautiful appearance and good anti-corrosion performance, and can be directly processed.
1. Polyester (PE) has good adhesion, rich colors, wide range of moldability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance and low cost.
2. Silicon modified polyester (SMP) has good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance, good external durability and pulverization resistance, gloss retention, general flexibility and medium cost.
3. High durability polyester (HDP), excellent color retention and ultraviolet resistance, excellent outdoor durability and pulverization resistance, good adhesion of paint film, rich colors and excellent cost performance.
4. Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) has excellent color retention and ultraviolet resistance, excellent outdoor durability and pulverization resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, dirt resistance, limited color and high cost.
PPGI steel coil is mainly used in advertising, construction, household appliances, electrical appliances, furniture and transportation. Suitable resins are selected for the coatings used in color coated rolls according to different use environments, such as polyester-silicon modified polyester, polyvinyl chloride plastisol, polyvinylidene chloride, etc. The user can choose according to the purpose.
