ZM zn-al-mg steel coil is a highly corrosion-resistant hot-dip Zinc-Aluminum-Magnesium alloy coated steel sheet. Due to the effects of magnesium and aluminum, ZM has excellent corrosion resistance, scratch resistance.

2.Grade: DC51D-DC57D+ZM, S250GD-S350GD+ZM, SCS490, SCS440, SCS570, etc.
3.Thickness: 0.3mm-2.5mm, all available
4.Width: 600-1250mm, according to customers’ requirement
5.Length: according to per customer's requirement
6.Coil ID: 508/610mm
7.Coil weight: 3-5 tons, according to per customer's requirement
8.ZM steel has two types according to the coating layers of Mg and Al
1) 3% Mg, 11% Al
2) 1% Mg, 1% Al

2. Excellent corrosion resistance is achieved on cut edge of ZM steel coil with a fine zinc-based protective film that contains Al and Mg leaching from the coating layer. (*1, *2: Estimated by salt spray test)
3. Superior press formability With a harder and smoother coating layer than hot-dip zinc-coated steel sheets, ZM steel coil shows excellent press formability contributing to higher productivity.
4. Cost reduction through eliminating post hot-dip galvanizing process ZM steel coil can contribute to reducing costs significantly - for instance, it enables initial cost reduction through process omission and life cycle cost reduction thanks to its superior corrosion resistance.
Suitable applications for ZM steel coil include: construction (architectural building panels, perforated panels, metal facades, roofing), automotive, agricultural applications (swine containment, hoop buildings, grain bins, silos, etc.), green house structures, industrial HVAC, cooling towers, solar racking, school bus decking, swimming pool, sign posts, guardrail facades, coastal environments, cable trays, switch boxes, steel decking and framing, sound/wind/snow barriers and many other applications.
